Less than you probably think. There are several first-time buyer programs available in Georgia, and many require 3% to 5% down rather than 20%. The right starting point is a real conversation with a trusted local lender, which I am happy to arrange.
Woodstock and parts of Cumming still offer real value for first-time buyers. So do certain pockets of Roswell. The right area depends on your commute, your lifestyle, and how long you plan to stay. We will figure it out together.
